Our Services
Mental Health Urgent Care
LIV Health Mental Health Urgent Care services are for individuals and families age 5 and older experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team of mental health experts provides immediate psychiatric and same-day therapeutic care.
Outpatient Mental Health Care
We’ll work one-on-one to establish a plan for continued counseling that best fits your specific needs and schedule. We take a holistic/humanistic approach to each of our mental health counseling and therapy styles.
Community Based Care
Our Community-Based Care Team provides in-home case management for clients on the Community Choices Waiver and Supports Waiver, as well as Chronic Care Management Services for individuals living with complex health needs. By meeting clients where they are—both physically and emotionally—our team helps coordinate services, navigate systems, and improve overall quality of life. At LIV Health, we believe in whole-person care that treats not just symptoms, but the human experience behind them.
